Marina Management Services, Inc. Announces New Team Member
“New Employee Joins Staff at Marina Management Services”

Boca Raton, FL, May 11, 2009 — Marina Management Services, Inc. (MMS) is pleased to announce the addition of Herk Strumpf as an Associate in the Boca Raton Office. “Herk brings a diverse background to MMS, and his experience in new business development and market & economic feasibility analysis will be a great addition to our growing team,” stated Dennis Kissman, President of MMS.

Herk will help provide consulting and management solutions to clients throughout the US and International markets. The MMS expansion responds to an increase of inquiries from clients needing assistance adjusting and reacting to the rapidly changing landscape of marina development and operation.

Prior to joining MMS, Strumpf was Senior Project Manager for Beacon Design International, an engineering firm designing marina facilities and creating geotechnical and structural solutions for waterfront developments. Herk also served as the Senior Project Manager for five years at Brandy Marine International. He was tasked with development and conception of Project Feasibility Studies including comparable market analysis and financial analysis for clients developing mixed-use marina facilities in conjunction with retail and residential components.

Strumpf has presented at marine industry trade shows and conferences on waterfront design, development and management practices and has presented documented sworn testimony regarding the industry to cities and towns looking to validate the industry.

Herk is an accomplished private pilot, vintage aircraft owner, and boater. He has relocated to the East coast of Florida to join the staff at the Boca Raton office.
